Terms of Use

“Ticgetz” is a brand and trademark operated by RGB Net Productions, a sole proprietorship wholly owned by Mr. Trishar Arun, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. RGB Net Productions is the sole legal entity responsible for the Ticgetz platform. References to “Ticgetz”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these documents mean RGB Net Productions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”, “you”) and RGB Net Productions and are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. They do not require any physical or digital signature to be binding.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to create an account or transact on the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using the Platform you represent that the information you provide is true, current and complete.

Ticgetz is a technology platform and “intermediary” within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 that enables event organizers, promoters and venues (“Organizers”) to list events and enables Users to discover, book and pay for tickets. Except where expressly stated, Ticgetz is not the organizer, promoter, producer or host of any event and does not own, control or manage the events, venues or experiences listed on the Platform.

The contract for attendance at any event is between you and the relevant Organizer. Organizers are solely responsible for their events, including scheduling, content, conduct, safety, permissions, licences, cancellations, reschedules and honouring the terms of the ticket. Ticgetz facilitates the transaction and payment but is not liable for the acts, omissions, quality or legality of any Organizer or event.

Access to certain features requires an account. We use one-time-password (OTP) based verification of your mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and the device(s) linked to it, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at care@ticgetz.com of any unauthorised use. We may limit the number of devices linked to an account for security.

All ticket sales are final except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. You must provide accurate and complete details when booking. Each ticket (including its QR code or barcode) is valid for a single entry unless stated otherwise and must not be duplicated, tampered with, or transferred except as permitted. Organizers and venue operators may set entry conditions (including age restrictions, security checks and code of conduct) and may refuse or revoke entry to anyone who violates event rules or applicable law, without a refund. Tickets are for personal, non-commercial use.

Ticket prices are set by Organizers and may vary by event, demand, category and availability. Ticgetz may charge a convenience, service or platform fee, which will be shown before you complete payment. Applicable taxes, including GST, may apply. Convenience, service and payment-processing fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments are processed by third-party payment aggregators (such as Razorpay and Cashfree) in accordance with Reserve Bank of India regulations; card details are handled by them and, where applicable, tokenised. We do not store your full card number. By transacting, you agree to the payment provider's terms in addition to these Terms.

The Platform may let you buy, sell and redeem digital gold and silver (“Ticgetz Gold”). These services are provided in partnership with Augmont Goldtech Private Limited and are subject to Augmont's terms and to any applicable KYC requirements. Prices move with the live bullion market; the value of your holdings can go up or down. Ticgetz Gold is not a bank deposit, security or guaranteed-return product, and nothing on the Platform is investment, tax or financial advice. Buy/sell transactions in digital gold are generally final and irreversible once executed at the prevailing market rate.

You agree not to: • engage in fraud, unauthorised ticket duplication, scalping or commercial resale; • upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful; • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; • attempt to hack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform or its security; • use bots or automated means to purchase tickets; or • use the Platform in violation of any applicable law. Violation may lead to cancellation of tickets or bookings, suspension of your account, and legal action.

“Ticgetz” is a trademark of RGB Net Productions. All content, branding, logos, software, design and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to RGB Net Productions and are protected under applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission. Event artwork and Organizer content remain the property of the respective owners.

The Platform may contain links to, or integrate, third-party websites and services (payment aggregators, Augmont, Organizers, analytics). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any event will take place as advertised. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGB Net Productions, its proprietor and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any event. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform or a transaction shall not exceed the amount of fees actually received and retained by Ticgetz for that specific transaction. We are not responsible for third-party event cancellations, reschedules, venue changes, or any loss, damage or injury incurred at an event, which are the responsibility of the Organizer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RGB Net Productions, its proprietor, employees and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, remove content, or cancel a booking, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Platform, other users or the public. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our services or business practices. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last updated” date, and your continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance of the changes. Material changes may be additionally notified to you.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the grievance-redressal process below, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and the parties may refer disputes to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue at Bengaluru and proceedings in English. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory consumer rights or remedies available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the details of the Grievance Officer are:
