Refer and earn: the rules.
₹101 of 24K gold for every friend who joins on your code and signs in on the app. These are the complete conditions, including the device and number limits that keep the programme paying for genuine downloads.

The offer
- 1.1Ticgetz Gold refer-and-earn ("the programme") is run by RGB Net Productions, Bangalore ("Ticgetz", "we"). It pays ₹101 of 24K digital gold for each qualifying referral, as defined below.
- 1.2The programme is open to residents of India aged 18 or over, with an Indian mobile number they control.
- 1.3Joining is free. There is nothing to buy, at any point, either to earn a reward or to keep one.
- 1.4There is no cap on how many people you may refer, and the reward per qualifying referral does not decrease with volume.
- 1.5The value of a reward is fixed at the moment the referral is created and is recorded against that referral. If we change the programme's rate later, referrals already made are paid at the rate they were made at.
- 1.6A reward is paid in metal, not cash. It is bought at Augmont's live bullion rate at the time of crediting and allocated to you exactly like a gram you bought yourself — you may hold it, sell it at the live rate, or redeem it as physical metal.
What counts as a qualifying referral
All four conditions must be met. Three of them are about your friend; the first is about you.
- 2.1You must be in the programme yourself, with a verified mobile number, both when your code is used and when the reward is credited. A code shared by someone who never joined, or who has since left or been removed, earns nothing.
- 2.2Your friend must join using your code or invite link before creating their Ticgetz account, and must verify their own mobile number.
- 2.3Your friend must be new to Ticgetz. If an account already existed on their mobile number before they joined on your code, the referral does not pay. A short grace window is allowed for the ordinary case where someone starts signing up and then goes back to your link.
- 2.4Your friend must download the Ticgetz app — iPhone or Android — and sign in there. Signing in on the website does not qualify. This is the condition the programme exists for and it is not waived.
- 2.5A referral pays once, for that person, forever. One reward per referred individual, regardless of how many codes, numbers or devices are involved.
- 2.6Rewards are credited automatically, usually within minutes of a qualifying sign-in. Where an automatic payout cannot complete, the referral is settled by our operations team, normally within seven working days.
One referral per device, one number per person
This is the section most likely to affect an honest user, so it is stated plainly rather than buried. The programme pays for real people downloading a real app on their own phone. Everything here follows from that.
- 3.1One referral reward per device. We reserve the right to pay only one qualifying referral per device — a phone or tablet, identified by the signals described in the next section — and to void the rest. Where we identify second and subsequent new accounts signing in from the same device, those referrals may be voided rather than paid.
- 3.2One mobile number, one person, one device family. Your registered number is your identity in the programme. Where a number is used to sign in across a series of different devices, or a device cycles through a series of numbers, we may treat them as a single actor and void the referrals involved.
- 3.3Self-referral does not pay. You may not refer yourself, use your own code on a second number, or arrange for anyone to do so on your behalf. This includes numbers registered to you, your SIMs, and accounts you operate.
- 3.4One household is fine; one household repeated is not. Genuine referrals within a family or a shared address are welcome and are paid. Where we identify a pattern of many accounts from a single device, connection or address in a short window, those referrals may be voided.
- 3.5Re-installing the app, resetting a phone, or changing a SIM is not intended to create a new device for the purposes of this rule, and we may treat a deliberate attempt to do so as an abuse signal in its own right.
- 3.6Emulators, cloned apps, rooted or jailbroken devices, device-spoofing tools, and virtual or disposable numbers are not eligible, and we may void referrals involving them without further notice.
What we record, and how we check
We record only what is needed to tell a genuine download from a manufactured one, and we say here exactly what that is. Not every signal below is checked on every referral; this section sets out what we may record and act on.
- 4.1Device identity. When the app signs in, it sends a device identifier and a device label, which is also what powers the sessions list in your profile and lets you sign a lost phone out. We may use that identifier to apply the one-reward-per-device rule above.
- 4.2Device and app integrity signals. Whether the app is a genuine build from the App Store or Play Store, and whether it is running on an emulator or a tampered operating system.
- 4.3Network signals. The IP address a sign-up and a sign-in came from, and the network it belongs to, so that a hundred accounts from one connection can be recognised for what they are.
- 4.4Timing and velocity. How many referrals a code produces, how quickly, and how closely those sign-ups resemble one another. A human network grows unevenly; a farm does not.
- 4.5Graph patterns. Whether a small group of accounts refer each other in a closed loop with no growth outside it.
- 4.6Account quality after the fact. Whether referred accounts continue to exist and behave like real users, rather than being abandoned the moment a reward is paid.
- 4.7These signals are used to decide whether a referral is genuine, and for nothing else. We do not sell them, and we do not use your device identifier for advertising. Our handling of personal data is governed by the privacy policy.
- 4.8Where an automated check applies, it runs before a reward is paid rather than after — a referral that trips one is held for review rather than paid and chased. Where a decision is finely balanced, a person looks at it, and we may review a referral manually at any time.
- 4.9We may ask for reasonable verification — for example, confirming that a number is yours — before releasing rewards on an account that has triggered a check. We will tell you what we need and why.
What is not allowed
Doing any of this voids the referrals involved, and may end your participation.
- 5.1Creating accounts for other people, or buying, selling, renting or trading referral codes, links, accounts, or SIM cards.
- 5.2Bulk, automated or scripted sign-ups, including bots, device farms, click farms and paid incentivised-install traffic.
- 5.3Posting your code on coupon aggregators, cashback sites or deal forums in a way that misrepresents the offer, or running paid search advertising on Ticgetz brand terms.
- 5.4Spam of any kind: unsolicited bulk SMS, WhatsApp broadcasts to people who did not ask, or messages that imply the offer comes from someone other than you.
- 5.5Misrepresenting the programme — promising returns, describing gold as guaranteed or risk-free, or claiming any regulatory endorsement that does not exist.
- 5.6Using your friend's phone, or any device you control, to complete a sign-in on their behalf.
- 5.7Any attempt to evade the checks in section 4, including spoofing device identifiers, masking a network, or coordinating sign-ups to look organic.
Voiding, reversal and clawback
- 6.1A referral that fails any condition in section 2, or any rule in sections 3 and 5, is voided. A voided referral shows on your dashboard with its reason, so you know what happened.
- 6.2Where a reward has already been credited and is later found to have come from an ineligible or manufactured referral, we may reverse it — recovering the metal, or its value at the time of reversal, from your holding.
- 6.3Metal you bought with your own money is never touched by a reversal. Only referral rewards can be reversed.
- 6.4In cases of deliberate or repeated abuse we may withhold unpaid rewards, remove you from the programme, and suspend or close the accounts involved.
- 6.5If you believe a decision is wrong, write to care@ticgetz.com from your registered email within 30 days and we will look at it again, with a person, and tell you the outcome and the reason.
The gold itself
- 7.1Rewards are credited as allocated 24K digital gold at 999.9 fineness, bought at Augmont Goldtech's live rate and held in insured Sequel Logistics vaults in your name, on the same terms as any other holding.
- 7.2Digital gold is not an RBI- or SEBI-regulated product. The gold's value moves with the bullion market and can fall as well as rise.
- 7.3KYC is not required to join or to receive a reward. It becomes required, as for all customers, once your purchases cross the non-KYC ceiling for a financial year. If you reach it, the gold is held for you until KYC is complete.
- 7.4Any tax arising on a reward, on a gift, or on a subsequent sale is yours. We do not give tax advice; see the Knowledge Hub for general information and talk to a chartered accountant about your own position.
Changes, and the small print
- 8.1We may change or end the programme at any time. Referrals that already qualified before a change are honoured at the terms and the value in force when they were made.
- 8.2Material changes are announced on this page and, where we hold your address, by email, with the updated date below.
- 8.3The programme is void where prohibited, and is not open to Ticgetz employees, contractors or their immediate families.
- 8.4Our decision on whether a referral is genuine is final, subject to the review in clause 6.5.
- 8.5These terms sit alongside the Ticgetz terms and conditions and privacy policy. Where they conflict on a point about this programme, these terms apply.
- 8.6Governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bangalore.
